2009 REALPRO UPDATE

2009 update includes:

FHA down payment, MIP, and MMI, max loan amounts.
VA Eligibility varies county to county
Conventional PMI factors have changed. Conforming limits vary county to county.
Taxes are up-to-date as they apply to the Buying vs Renting program and VA Prequal
The batteries will also be changed.

If I can't put it in the REALPRO, maybe I can add it to the REALPRO PLUS or REALPRO for Windows.

Procedure for attending a reprogramming session

  1. Bring you computer to the location of your choice or ship it.
  2. Be sure to have a business card available.
  3. Have this form already faxed for the REALPRO Plus to save time programming the disclaimer "Personalizing the Disclaimer"
  4. Look over the Reprogramming Order Form and make your choices ahead of time. If you are not sure, we can answer your questions by phone or at the location.
  5. DO NOT SEND UNTIL after January 14, 2009.
